we are thrilled to announce that the fourth AggregateEU tendering round will begin on November 23, 09:00 CET. On that day, we will open the Demand Collection phase for companies which have subscribed to AggregateEU as buyers. The window will remain open until November 28, 18:00 CET.
The submitted demand will be subsequently aggregated and ultimately matched with sellers’ offers in a tender. If you want to participate, make sure you register and submit your subscription documents to AggregateEU by November 17.

The Overall Timeline of Tendering Round 4

Each tender process happens in successive phases and lasts roughly two weeks. The whole process is explained in our AggregateEU Hub.
Phase 1: Demand Collection and subsequent steps
On November 23, we start with phase one of the Tendering Round: The Demand Collection. You will be able to submit your demand for the months of January 2023 until and including March 2025.
Based on this, AggregateEU will aggregate the submitted demand. You can then evaluate whether you want to proceed to the tendering and matching phases or decline to do so.
AggregateEU will then use the confirmed, aggregated demand to create and publish tenders for sellers to bid on and subsequently match the demand to their offers. In light of the matching results, participants can negotiate and conclude contracts outside AggregateEU to acquire gas for specific locations and months.
Finally, buyers are required to report contracts that have been concluded or that are in negotiation back to AggregateEU.
Please note
- Participation in a tender does not bind or entitle you to purchase gas. Contracts will be negotiated and concluded outside AggregateEU.
- Companies can seek to facilitate negotiation and contract conclusion by leveraging the services of companies acting as Central Buyers or Agents on Behalf. You can learn more about these services in the linked article.
- If you need financial support for your upcoming transactions through AggregateEU, you may receive support from certain public financial institutions. Please refer to our AggregateEU Hub to learn about available support, the related conditions, and the contact details.
Reminder: Reporting Duties
On the 7th of December, we will publish the matching results. As a buyer, if you successfully receive matching offers for your demand, you may be required to provide reports based on these transactions.
Our linked article provides detailed guidance on when these reports should be prepared. Additionally, in another article, we explain the options you can select for the “Contract Status” field.
With our regular AggregateEU Updates, we will keep you posted about the latest developments. For further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Success Agents.
