Gaetano Mazzitelli, whose first tenure as Chairman lasted from 2017 to 2019, has expressed ambitious plans for PRISMA’s future: “PRISMA today is the reference European platform for the allocation of gas infrastructure capacity. Now, we must position our platform as a key player in the energy transition by offering new services that can strengthen the security of gas supply, support emerging hydrogen markets, and promote CCUS and CO2 markets.”
In a similar vein, Ulrich Ronnacker, who acted as PRISMA’s Vice-Chairman from 2013 to 2015 and again since 2023, stated: “PRISMA aims to prepare and actively shape Europe’s energy future, and I am very happy to contribute once more.”
Joining the team, Inge Aardse, who has been part of the Shareholders' Board for two years, asserted: “PRISMA is a key platform, beneficial to the industry and the energy transition we are all facing. I am looking forward to contributing to the green future of the platform, acknowledging the fact that HR plays a key role in this transition.”
PRISMA’s Managing Director, Götz Lincke shared his enthusiasm about the new Chairs: “I am delighted that the shareholders' board has selected three experienced professionals who share PRISMA’s vision for addressing the future challenges of the energy market with an innovative spirit. I am excited to see how we can develop PRISMA together.”
The new Chairs will assume their roles immediately and will serve until March 2025.
